Assigning Hotkeys

Theres a bug on the new clipbook 2, you can’t remove CMD + Shift + P from the Pause shortcut. Im trying to assign my command pallete to CMD + Shift + P, but its impossible. Same thing for me trying to assign CMD + Shift + F on 'Filter history by type' instead of CMD + Shift + T, it just wont work.
