Cursor-Adjacent Clipboard Manager Overlay

**Feature Request: Cursor-Proximity Clipboard Manager****Description:** When typing, I would like the clipboard manager to appear directly next to the cursor when I use the clipboard shortcut. This would streamline workflow by minimizing eye and hand movement between the text area and the clipboard manager, allowing for quicker and more precise access to clipboard items.**Expected Behavior:**- When the clipboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+V or other customizable shortcut) is triggered while typing, the clipboard manager opens in a small overlay directly next to the cursor.- The overlay should disappear after a selection is made or the shortcut is released, ensuring minimal disruption to the typing flow.
