Happens every time I try to do the keyboard shortcut for "Copy text from image" Can't exit this or refresh the page, have to manually end the application from activity manager

Also facing this on both my work and personal laptop; my fastest way of dealing with this is pulling terminal, and then running "pkill -f clipbook" and then spotlight search (cmd space) for clipbook
