History.sqlite is never compacted, so space is never reclaimed

Thanks, you’re right. ClipBook never compacted its history database, so deleting items freed space inside the file without shrinking it. On one test database, 68% of the file turned out to be free space. The next update fixes this. The database will compact itself automatically after items are deleted, and existing databases will be compacted once on first launch.
