Scrollbar doesn't respect the dark mode
When using the dark mode, scrollbar has wrong color (it's black) and when I hover over it - it's very bright. It seems like it doesn't actually respect the theme color?

The color of the sidebar was delegated to the widget that renders content. I will take a look what's going on and fix it.
